Can I change my plan?

Yes you can change your plan at anytime.

How to cancel the plan?

Once subscription feature is ready, user will be allowed to cancel or downgrade their subscriptions any time.

Can I get a refund?

You cannot get a refund after you finish your 30-day free trial. We will send you a reminder email 7 days and 1 day before actually charging your card.

Is my payment information safe?

We are using a third party Paddle payment service provider to handle the subscription charging. Paddle is a SOC 2 certified payment provider. Your payment information is never stored or processed in our servers.

Which payment options can I use?

We accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express at the moment.

How can I delete my account?

You can cancel the subscription at anytime by navigating to 'Settings' page and click "Delete My Account". Deleting the user will immediately delete its data completely and this can' be undone afterwards.
